Framestime provides human gameplay data capture and dataset services. We offer access to synchronized multi-stream gameplay data, custom data collection campaigns ("Quests"), and data licensing arrangements for AI training, research, and commercial applications.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our data to re-identify individuals, engage in surveillance, or for any unlawful purpose. Commercial customers must execute a separate Data License Agreement before accessing certain datasets.
4. Intellectual Property
Framestime, BUFF, and associated logos are trademarks of BUFF Technologies Ltd. Our datasets and services are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or brand features.
5. Limitation of Liability
Framestime services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
